Booking and cancellation conditions:

-At the time of booking, payment of 50% of the price of the stay

-30 days before arrival the full balance of the stay is due

-Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (excluding a 2% processing fee)

-Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the stay price (excluding 2% booking fee)

-Cancellations made 14 days prior to the cancellation date will not be refunded.

-A security deposit of €1000 is due 7 days before arrival and is refundable 48 hours after departure.

Rules of the Commander's House:

-The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

In July and August only, the house capacity can be increased to 10 people , including a maximum of 9 adults . It is also possible to add one additional child under 12 years old.

The Commandant's House is located in a peaceful, natural setting. Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted . We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

The swimming pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm . The spa is also reserved for respectful and quiet use. Children remain under the responsibility and supervision of accompanying adults.

-Tobacco: the house is entirely non-smoking . Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts must not be thrown in the garden.

Arrival and Departure: Arrival from 4:00 PM, Departure by 12:00 PM
